Role Overview
As an Associate – Counselling, you’ll be the first point of contact for aspiring students seeking guidance for studying in the UK. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping them navigate course selection, application procedures, and visa processes.
Key Responsibilities




Provide end-to-end counselling for UK study abroad programs, including visa guidance
Engage with students to understand their academic goals and career aspirations
Recommend suitable courses and institutions aligned with student profiles
Assess student strengths, preferences, and eligibility
Advise on institutional policies, admission criteria, and timelines
Manage student leads using CRM and lead management tools
Maintain and update application pipelines for optimal conversion
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and empathetic support
Collaborate with internal teams and complete tasks assigned by the Manager
What Makes You a Great Fit
1–3 years of experience in the study abroad counselling domain
Graduate in any discipline
Energetic, goal-driven, and student-centric approach
Ability to manage multiple student profiles and deadlines
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
