About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Derivatives Trader (F&O;) to join our trading desk in Noida. This is a dedicated derivatives trading role — you'll develop, execute, and manage F&O; strategies that deliver consistent risk-adjusted returns, backed by disciplined risk controls and sharp market research. This role is focused exclusively on derivatives trading.
Key Responsibilities
Trading & Execution
Execute and manage trades in futures and options
Identify and act on trading opportunities across derivatives
Monitor open positions and adjust strategy as market conditions shift
Strategy Development
Design and implement derivatives strategies tailored to market conditions and risk appetite
Risk Management
Track portfolio exposure, Greeks, and overall risk metrics
Apply hedging techniques to limit downside risk
Maintain disciplined stop-loss and position-sizing frameworks
Ensure full compliance with internal risk policies
Market Research & Analysis
Track company/index news, earnings announcements, sector trends, and broader market developments
Apply technical, quantitative, and derivatives analysis to inform trading decisions
Monitor implied volatility, open interest, and liquidity across derivatives
Performance Monitoring
Maintain detailed trade journals and track strategy performance
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports
Continuously refine trading systems and processes using performance analytics
Collaboration & Compliance
Partner with research analysts and the broader trading team to turn insights into action
Adhere to all regulatory and exchange requirements
Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of all trading activity
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
4–8+ years of hands-on experience
