Role Description The Meta Ads/Google Ads and SMO Specialist will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads, focusing on performance, ROI, and lead generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include keyword and audience research, setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting targeting, creatives, and budgets to meet marketing goals.



The role also involves developing and executing social media optimization strategies, creating and refining content calendars, improving engagement on key platforms, and collaborating with designers and content creators for ad creatives. The specialist will prepare regular performance reports, provide insights and recommendations, and stay current with platform updates and best practices. This is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
