Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations – Mutual Fund role based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing day-to-day mutual fund operations, including processing transactions, updating investor records, and coordinating with registrars, fund houses, and internal teams. Responsibilities include reconciling data, monitoring settlements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, and preparing operational and performance reports. The role also requires handling client queries related to mutual fund operations,



supporting investment execution, and maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails. The individual will work closely with the finance and investment teams to support smooth end-to-end mutual fund operations.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, reconcile transactions, and identify operational discrepancies.
Knowledge of Mutual Funds and Investments, including different fund types, transaction processes, and industry regulations.
Solid understanding of Finance fundamentals related to capital markets, NAV calculations, and investment operations.
Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and clients in a clear and professional manner.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in mutual funds or investment operations are an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Exce
