What You'll Do:
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java 17 and above.
Analyze and investigate existing codebases to identify transformation logic and improve application performance.
Utilize AI coding assistants, including Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, to enhance coding efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and present findings to application Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Facilitate validation meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical specifications.
Break down complex business flows, understand dependencies,
and investigate discrepancies to deliver effective solutions.
Expertise You'll Bring:
Strong experience in Java 17 and above.
Proficiency in SQL.
Design and develop scalable backend services using Java & Spring Boot
Build and maintain microservices-based applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices
Code investigation skills, including the ability to analyze unfamiliar codebases quickly.
Experience with AI coding assistants, specifically Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
Strong analytical skills to break down complex business flows and understand dependencies.
Excellent communication skills to present findings and facilitate meetings with application SMEs.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
