Role Description The Area Head is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow, responsible for overseeing operations and performance across allocated sites and service areas. This role involves managing local teams, ensuring reliable energy supply, monitoring key performance indicators, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.



The Area Head coordinates with headquarters and field staff to implement operational plans, optimize resource utilization, and resolve issues affecting customers and partners. Daily activities include reviewing site reports, supervising maintenance schedules, engaging with stakeholders such as telecom clients and local businesses, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes budget oversight, risk management, and supporting strategic projects to expand and strengthen OMC Power’s presence in the region.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising field or operations teams.
Operational management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and performance tracking in service or infrastructure sectors.
