Job Description :
Would need to work on Windows administration / desktop application installation/support (MS Office, Antivirus, VPN) and do HW (laptop, desktop & server) break fixes.
Capable of performing windows and Linux installation, implementation, customization, recovery, and performance tuning.
Work with Jira ticketing process to work on laptops, desktops, and desktop application issues reported by end-users.
Would be required to use and support communication tools such as email,



conferencing tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Video conference.
Support hardware and software issues reported by onsite customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
Should possess positive Windows system administration.
Technical knowledge of the fundamental concepts and technologies associated with Windows Operating Systems
Knowledge of Fixing hardware issues on Desktops and Laptops.
Good knowledge of Collaboration tools like Box, Google Drive, O365.
Good analytical/problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with the team.
Fast learning and adoption to constantly changing environment and requirements.
Good written and verbal Communications Skills.
Experience:
Should have relevant experience of at least 2-3 years
Qualification:
Diploma/BSC/BE
