ROLE OVERVIEW: As a Customer Delivery Associate, you will be on the frontlines of driving growth for Floworks’ global clients. You’ll take full ownership of running high-impact email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, leveraging our state-of-the-art AI platform to book high-intent sales meetings. If you're eager to master modern outbound strategy, deliver hands-on client success, and stay ahead of the curve in AI-powered sales execution, this role is your launching pad.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute outbound SDR campaigns using LinkedIn and email platforms
Utilize Floworks' AI platform to identify and engage high in tent prospects
Write, test,



and optimize outreach messaging for campaign effectiveness
Book qualified meetings for client sales teams
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
Manage day to day client communication and campaign execution
Track performance metrics and continuously optimize campaign results
Conduct occasional outbound calling and follow ups when required

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Strong communication skills with a demonstrated interest in sales Comfort with outbound outreach and client facing responsibilities Willingness to learn quickly and take ownership of assigned tasks Ability to work from office for five days per week Familiarity with LinkedIn, email platforms, or sales tools is advantageous
