At Brands2Be, we're expanding our Digital Marketing team and looking for Performance Marketers with 4 + years of experience , who are passionate about performance marketing, lead generation, analytics, and solving complex business problems.

Over the last 20+ years, we've helped businesses across multiple industries scale through Digital marketing . That experience led to the development of AdsIntelli, our AI google advertising platform that helps businesses identify ad spend wastage, improve campaign performance, and make smarter optimization decisions.

What You'll Work On
Plan, build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Generate qualified leads while improving ROAS and reducing CPL
Analyze campaign performance using data and insights




Work with AI-driven recommendations through AdsIntelli
Collaborate with strategy, creative, and analytics teams
Manage enterprise-level advertising budgets (Senior Roles)
Build scalable lead generation strategies

Requirements :
4+ years of hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads experience
Proven experience managing high-budget lead generation campaigns
Robust understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and optimization
Expertise in:
Google Ads
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Conversion Tracking
Enhanced Conversions
Attribution Models
Looker Studio
Ability to interpret data and build growth strategies
Experience managing enterprise clients
Strong client communication and leadership skills
Meta Ads experience is an advantage
Engineering graduates with strong analytical thinking will be pre
