Role Description The Front Desk Officer is a full-time, on-site role based at AstaGuru’s Mumbai office. This role is responsible for warmly welcoming visitors, managing the reception area,



and ensuring that all guests and callers are directed to the appropriate team members in a timely and professional manner. Daily responsibilities include answering and routing phone calls, handling inquiries, scheduling and coordinating appointments or meetings, and maintaining visitor logs and basic security protocols. The Front Desk Officer also supports general office administration by managing mail and courier services, monitoring office supplies, and assisting with the use of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones. This position requires consistent front-facing interaction, a polished and courteous demeanor, and a focus on providing a seamless experience for clients, partners, and colleagues.
Qualifications
Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, clients, and internal teams.
