Position: Manager – Group Inventory Control
Reports to: Nakul Bagla, CEO
Location: Head office, Safderjung Encalve Recent Delhi
Travel: 35 to 40 km for Daily office, also travling covering plants in India, Indonesia and Paraguay




Speciality- Candidate who has already corrected an inventory system across multiple countries.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Bagla Group operates seven factories across three countries and uses Zoho Books for inventory accounting. Physical stock at the plants does not currently match the quantities and values recorded in Zoho Books. This role owns the accuracy of group inventory records, covering both quantity and valuation. The role is responsible for correcting the records and for changing how plants record material movement so that the difference does not return. This is not a stores or warehouse operations position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reconciliation and monthly closing
- Reconcile physical stock against Zoho Books for every plant, every month, and report the difference by item category and by plant.
- Investigate each material difference and identify the specific transaction or process that caused it.
- Complete inventory closing within an agre
