Role Description This is a full-time, in office Google Ads Specialist role based in Lucknow. The Google Ads Specialist will plan, build, and optimize search, display, and YouTube campaigns for diverse clients, with a strong focus on performance marketing and lead generation. Day-to-day work includes conducting keyword research, creating and testing ad copy and creative, managing bids and budgets, setting up conversion tracking,



and analyzing campaign performance to improve ROI. The role also involves collaborating with the wider digital marketing, design, and web teams to ensure landing pages and funnels are aligned with campaign objectives. The specialist will prepare regular performance reports, provide clear insights and recommendations, and stay current with Google Ads policies, platform updates, and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Google Ads skills, including search, display, video campaigns, keyword research, bid management, and conversion tracking.
