Routing & Switching
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN
Network Troubleshooting
Understanding of IP addressing & subnetting
Basic knowledge of network devices such as Routers & Switches
Good communication and problem-solving skills Role & Responsibilities
Monitor and troubleshoot network-related issues
Assist in resolving connectivity and network incidents




Perform basic troubleshooting of routers, switches, and network connectivity
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams
Follow standard network support and troubleshooting procedures
