Role Description The Loan Agent at Barraid is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves assessing loan applications, explaining loan products and terms to customers, and guiding them through the end-to-end loan process. The Loan Agent will review documentation, perform basic financial analysis, and ensure accurate servicing of approved loans in accordance with company policies. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining loan records, coordinating with internal finance teams,



and supporting customers with repayments, settlements, and any service-related issues. The person in this role is expected to deliver explicit, courteous customer service while upholding compliance and risk guidelines.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Loans and Finance to understand loan products, eligibility criteria, and basic financial concepts.
Candidates should possess skills in Loan Servicing to manage disbursements, repayments, and ongoing account maintenance accurately.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, handle queries, and support customers throughout the loan lifecycle.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to review documentation, evaluate basic risk indicators, and identify discrepancies in loan files.
Relevant experience in lending, banking, NBFCs, or financial services is beneficial.
