Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist – Brand Onboarding to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new brands as clients for our digital marketing services. You will manage the entire sales journey, from initial outreach to converting prospects into active clients, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. If you are a self-starter with a passion for sales, building relationships, and driving business growth, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
1- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
New Business Development: Identify and research potential brand clients that would benefit from our digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, etc.).
Outbound Outreach: Reach out to potential brands through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events to generate new leads and initiate conversations.
Qualification: Qualify leads based on business needs, budget,



and readiness for digital marketing services. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

2- Sales Presentations & Pitching:
Client Needs Assessment: Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective brands to understand their digital marketing needs, business goals, and challenges.
Customized Proposals: Develop tailored proposals that outline the agency's services, strategies, and value propositions to meet the client's specific objectives.
Product Demos & Pitches: Present our agency’s services in a clear and compelling way to potential clients, including presenting case studies, success stories, and past client results.

3- Client Onboarding:
Smooth Transition: Once a deal is closed, work closely with the internal teams (Project Managers, Creative Directors, and Strategists) to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding.
