Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to manage and support our online sales operations across various marketplaces and platforms. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of e-commerce operations, product listing, order management, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and the company website.
Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory details.
Coordinate order processing, dispatch, returns, and tracking updates.
Monitor stock availability and update inventory regularly.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to orders and products.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Assist in planning online promotions, offers, and sales campaigns.




Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to sales and orders.
Ensure marketplace standards and timelines are maintained.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations preferred.
Basic knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of the fashion/apparel industry.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and online marketplaces.
