Role Description The Client & Agency Acquisition Manager – Influencer Marketing is a full-time role responsible for driving growth by acquiring and managing brand and agency clients for KOLPlanet. Based in Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, this position combines on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work-from-home. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and prospecting potential clients, presenting KOLPlanet’s influencer marketing solutions,



and owning the end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to closing agreements. The role involves building robust relationships with key stakeholders, coordinating with internal marketing and product teams to develop tailored proposals, and ensuring smooth onboarding and campaign setup. The manager will analyze campaign performance data, provide strategic recommendations, and maintain a pipeline of opportunities while meeting acquisition and revenue targets.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, audience insights, and ROI metrics, and to translate findings into practical optimization strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for pitching solutions, negotiating agreements, and maintaining long-term client and agency relationships.
