Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bathinda, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding ClickOrMedia’s client base. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and conducting meetings and presentations with prospective clients.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams to shape proposals, create tailored digital marketing and web development solutions, and negotiate contracts. The Business Development Manager will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide regular performance reports and forecasts to leadership. This position also requires contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance brand visibility and support long-term business growth.
