About Athlamour®
Athlamour is a premium women's athleisure brand under UF Academy & Studios, designed in Europe and built for the affluent urban Indian woman. We're not selling fitness — we're designing identity. Athlamour will make its flagship public debut at Bangalore Fashion Week in October 2026.
This is a rare seat at the table during a brand's actual launch — not a simulation.

The Role
You'll work directly with the founder across brand, product, and launch operations — real decisions, real deadlines, real stakes. Expect to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution in the same week. This isn't a coffee-run internship; it's a builder's internship.

What You'll Do
Founding cohort management — coordinate FirstWomen™ touchpoints (feedback sessions, notes,



synthesis)
Digital storefront QA — review the Shopify prototype build against brand and product standards
Competitive intelligence — track how Blissclub, Cava, and Lululemon India are moving, and flag what matters
Fashion Week execution support — sampling, logistics, vendor follow-ups, asset tracking for the BFW launch
Brand-standard support — assist with deck updates and content under direct guidance, always matching Athlamour's luxury register
Who You Are
Currently enrolled at or a recent graduate of a top-tier institute (NIFT, IIM/ISB, or solid liberal arts/design program)
Excellent written English and an instinct for tone — you can tell "premium" from "trying too hard"
Organized, low-ego, comfortable with ambiguity and fast turnarounds
Genuinely interested in luxury branding, D2C, or fashion business — not just a resume line
