Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and execution-focused Business Development & Account Manager to lead client acquisition and account growth across the assigned state. This role demands a solid GTM mindset, field sales confidence, and the ability to manage both new business and ongoing client relationships.
You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to post-sales support — while ensuring client success and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development
Conduct door-to-door outreach to identify and acquire new retail and commercial clients




Execute structured cold calling and cold email campaigns
Build relationships with Marketing Heads and CXO-level decision makers
Take ownership of the entire assigned state/territory
Drive aggressive GTM initiatives to enter new markets

Ongoing Project & Account Support
Act as a bridge between clients and internal operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
Monitor campaign/project performance to meet and exceed client expectations
Provide ongoing account support and identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities
Handle post-sales coordination and relationship management

Qualifications
Any Bachelor’s Degree
2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (Retail/Media preferred)
Fluent in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Solid experience in cold outreach and field sales
