We're live with an active enterprise pipeline and scaling our vendor network across key categories.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Vendor Onboarding Executive to own the end-to-end process of bringing verified vendors onto the BharatTender platform — from first outreach to KYB/GST/PAN verification to activation. This role is central to building category-level vendor benches that power our buyer marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Source and onboard vendors across assigned categories (e.g., logistics, healthcare/diagnostics supplies, general enterprise)
Guide vendors through KYB, GST, and PAN verification and document collection
Follow up on inbound vendor leads (including Meta ad leads) via calls and WhatsApp
Ensure vendor profiles are complete, accurate, and audit-ready before activation
Educate vendors on the platform's bidding process and value proposition ("Real tenders vs. junk leads")
Coordinate with buyers' existing vendor lists to fast-track onboarding within the 10-day SLA
Track onboarding pipeline and report weekly progress against category-wise targets
Flag and resolve verification issues or drop-offs in the onboarding funnel
Requirements
1–3 years in vendor management, telesales, B2B onboarding, or operations (marketplace/fintech experience a plus)
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and follow-ups
Basic understanding of GST/PAN/KYB documentation (or willingness to learn quickly)
Strong communication skills — Hindi and English
Detail-oriented, process-driven, comfortable with CRM/tracking tools
Startup mindset — ownership, speed, and comfort with ambiguity
Valuable to Have
Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or B2B marketplaces
Familiarity with tools like Apollo, CRM systems, or similar
