Role Description The Exchange Manager is responsible for overseeing the evaluation and exchange of pre-owned vehicles as part of new Volvo sales at the KNS Volvo showroom. This on-site role, based in Chhattisgarh, India, involves assessing vehicle conditions, determining fair market value, and preparing accurate exchange offers that support both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. The Exchange Manager collaborates closely with the sales team to structure deals,



explain exchange valuations to customers, and ensure smooth documentation and transfer processes. Daily tasks include coordinating inspections, maintaining records of exchanged vehicles, monitoring inventory levels, and adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards. The Exchange Manager also helps improve exchange processes, provides regular reports to management, and supports initiatives to grow pre-owned and exchange-related business.
Qualifications

Experience in automotive sales, exchange management, or used-car operations, with strong skills in vehicle evaluation and pricing.
Ability to analyze market trends and use basic financial calculations (valuations, margins, discounts) to structure competitive exchange offers.
