Role Description The Senior Business Development Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Bhilai.



This role is responsible for driving business growth through acquisition of new customers, expansion of distribution channels, and deepening relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new market opportunities, managing and supporting a high-performing sales team, and ensuring achievement of sales targets and business objectives. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to implement sales strategies, conducting regular performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Senior Business Development Manager will also engage in market analysis, competitor tracking, and customer feedback collection to refine offerings and enhance customer experience.
