Role Overview
A healthcare Diagnostics chain is looking for an experienced Freelance Content Strategist with strong healthcare/diagnostics domain expertise to develop and guide our overall content strategy.

The role will focus on creating a transparent, credible and differentiated content direction for the brand across social media, website, patient education, doctor communication, campaigns and other digital channels.
We are looking for someone who understands that healthcare content requires a balance of medical accuracy, patient-friendly communication, brand positioning and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop the overall content strategy and content pillars for Karauli Diagnostics.
Build a monthly/quarterly content roadmap and content calendar.

Develop content strategies around:
Diagnostic services
MRI, CT, PET-CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray
Pathology and preventive health
Disease awareness
Patient education




Doctor expertise
Healthcare technology
Centre-level communication
Brand credibility and trust
Create a strategy for doctor-led and expert-led content.
Develop formats for Reels, short videos, carousels, blogs, articles, FAQs, patient education and website content.
Convert complex medical/diagnostic information into simple, accurate and engaging patient communication.
Develop content themes around health awareness days, campaigns and seasonal healthcare requirements.
Guide the internal marketing/social media team on what to create, why to create it and how to distribute it.
Develop content strategies for patient acquisition, service awareness and centre growth.
Identify opportunities for local/geo-targeted content for Varanasi and surrounding markets.
Develop content that supports both brand building and business/revenue objectives, without compromising medical ethics or credibility.
