Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Surat. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished videos, including cutting, trimming, and sequencing clips to create coherent narratives that align with project objectives. Day-to-day tasks include editing video and audio, adding basic motion graphics, integrating music and sound effects, and applying color correction and transitions as needed. The role involves collaborating with creative and marketing teams to understand project briefs,



implementing feedback from stakeholders, and ensuring that all deliverables meet brand and quality standards. The Video Editor will also manage file organization, maintain an effective workflow, and stay updated on editing trends and tools to continuously improve output quality.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools) and basic motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
Experience in editing different formats of video content, such as social media clips, promotional videos, tutorials, and corporate presentations.
Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual composition, and sound design to create engaging and clear narratives.
Ability to follow brand guidelines, apply color correction and transitions, and maintain consistent visual style across projects.
