Role Description The Land Aggregator will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and securing land parcels required for highway and infrastructure projects in and around Ludhiana. This full-time,



in office role involves liaising with landowners, local authorities, and government departments to facilitate land acquisition and resolve related issues. The role includes conducting field surveys, verifying land records, coordinating documentation and legal formalities, and maintaining accurate records of negotiations and agreements. The Land Aggregator will work closely with project, legal, and finance teams to ensure timely availability of land, support due diligence processes, and address stakeholder concerns. Regular travel within the region, community engagement, and relationship management are integral to this position.
Qualifications
Strong skills in land identification, aggregation, and acquisition, including field surveys and verification of land records.
Experience in coordination with local authorities, government departments, and community stakeholders for approvals and clearances.
