About the Role:

We at Verdantas, looking for a skilled Workday Compensation Architect to join our growing team.

This role will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and optimization of compensation programs in Workday, translating business strategies into scalable solutions while ensuring seamless integration, data accuracy, and compliance across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Owns the architecture and configuration for Compensation and Advanced Compensation including merit, bonus, allowance and equity programs
Transform business compensation strategies into scalable Workday solutions
Partner with HCM, Absence, and Payroll teams on recent configuration to eliminate negative downstream impacts
Configure and maintain:
Compensation plan, packages, and eligibility rules
Compensation statements
Compensation scorecards and scorecard profiles
Job profiles, compensation grades, and compensation grade profiles for multiple countries
Compensation reports, calculated fields, business processes, and conditions




Other compensation functionality
Perform regular compensation audits and provide scalable resolutions
Create custom compensations reports including but not limited to Standard, Advanced, and Matrix reports
Create and maintain calculated fields related to compensation
Lead compensation regression testing after new Workday releases
Identify system improvement opportunities that will improve data integrity, efficiency, and employee experience
Assist HCM Manager with preparing change management plans and creating guides for end users

Education & Experience Requirements:
5-10 years of Workday Compensation experience
Demonstrated experience configuring complex compensation programs in Workday for global companies (specifically USA and India)
Understanding of touchpoints between Compensation, HCM, Absence, and Payroll
Workday Compensation Certification
Workday Advanced Compensation Certification
Degree in Human Res
