We are currently hiring Management & Strategy Consultants to join our high-impact Strategy and Innovation Practice in India. This is an chance for seasoned consultants with a client-facing pedigree from leading firms or deep expertise in technology and innovation strategy within industrial sectors.

Important:
Please apply ONLY if you meet one of the following criteria:
Have direct, client-facing consulting experience at a top-tier firm (BCG, McKinsey, Bain, etc.)
Have deep expertise in business and non-IT technology strategy or innovation roadmapping within the industrial sector (mining, chemicals, manufacturing, etc.)




Roles that are purely research-based or back-office in nature will not be considered. We appreciate your understanding.

What You’ll Do
At Stratalis, every project is different and that’s exactly the point. Whether it is:
Helping a top global mining firm anticipate the next wave of disruption,

Supporting a major financial services firm to reimagine the future of its industry, you’ll be at the forefront of building what doesn’t yet exist.
You’ll work in agile, cross-continental teams, often directly with senior clients. Expect responsibility, impact, and the chance to drive change at scale.

What You Bring
Experience:
4+ years in top-tier strategy consulting or innovation/tech strategy in industrial sectors
Experience with technology strategy and roadmapping is a strong plus
Education:
Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) with strong acade
