Role Description The Marketing Executive at HZY will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales through targeted marketing initiatives. This full time, on-site role is based in Delhi, OH, and involves coordinating campaigns across digital and offline channels, managing social media presence, and supporting content and visual storytelling aligned with the brand’s identity. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing marketing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics,
conducting market and competitor research, and collaborating with design and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The Marketing Executive will also support events, partnerships, and promotional activities to grow the brand’s presence in key markets and communities.
Qualifications
1) Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across TOF, MOF, and BOF
2) Manage campaign budgets, audience structuring, creative testing, and real-time performance optimization
3) Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search and, eventually, Shopping/Performance Max
4)Develop and maintain campaign-level and audience-level performance reports using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
5) Use Shopify as the primary source for analyzing sales and campaign performance
6) Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPP, conversions, and revenue
7) Monitor and troubleshoot tracking and attribution
