Role Description The Tutor Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing day-to-day tutor operations and ensuring a seamless learning experience for students. This role includes managing tutor scheduling, overseeing tutor performance, and coordinating with academic and support teams to maintain high-quality service standards. The Tutor Operations Manager will monitor operational metrics, streamline processes, address escalations,



and continuously improve workflows for tutor onboarding and engagement. This position also involves collaborating with leadership on resource planning, implementing operational policies, and supporting initiatives that enhance student satisfaction and tutor effectiveness.
Qualifications
Experience in operations management, preferably in education, tutoring, or service-oriented environments.
Strong skills in team coordination, people management, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to analyze performance data, track operational metrics, and implement process improvements.
Proficiency with scheduling tools, CRM or learning management systems, and standard office software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and capacity to handle escalations professionally and efficiently.
