About the Role
We're looking for a QA Engineer with 2-4 years of hands-on experience to join our growing engineering team. You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and accuracy of our AI-driven products before they reach customers in the financial sector — where precision and trust are non-negotiable. You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to design test strategies for both traditional software features and AI/ML-driven functionality.

Key Responsibilities
Design, write,



and execute manual and automated test cases for web applications, APIs, and AI/ML-powered features
Build and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, regression) to support fast, reliable releases
Test AI model outputs for correctness, consistency, and edge-case handling, working with data scientists to define acceptable behavior and quality thresholds
Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution using tools like Jira or Linear
Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across releases
Validate data accuracy and integrity in workflows involving sensitive financial data
Collaborate with engineers early in the development cycle to catch issues before they reach QA (shift-left testing)
Contribute to test plans for security, compliance, and performance testing relevant to financial services (e.g., data handling, access controls)
Help define and improve QA processes
