Himruta Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and driven Head of Sales & Marketing to build and lead our distribution network across Bihar.
This is a market-building role for someone who can take ownership of creating a strong distributor, retailer and sales network from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and expand distributor & retailer network
• Develop sales strategy and territory plans
• Drive primary & secondary sales
• Build and manage the sales team
• Establish market presence and retail penetration
• Develop distributor relationships and market partnerships
• Plan marketing, branding & promotional activities
• Track competitors, pricing and market opportunities
Ideal Candidate:




5+ years of experience in FMCG / Beverages / Packaged Drinking Water, with strong knowledge of distribution-driven businesses and preferably the Bihar market.
We are looking for a hands-on leader with solid market connections, execution ability and an entrepreneurial mindset.
