Experience in Java technologies
Should take complete ownership of the program and ensure that all the releases are delivered successfully
Have good understanding quality process and ensuring complete adherence to it
Driver for innovations from the team, come with new ideas – functional and technical
Responsibility of weekly, monthly reviews with senior management
