Role: Content Creation Lead
Location: Mumbai, India
About the role:
You will own all content projects with a Unilever brand from brief through delivery — acting as the single point of accountability between Oliver and the Unilever stakeholders. You’ll provide day-to-day leadership and creative expertise to the onsite creative team at Unilever, ensuring work meets brand standards,



business objectives and delivery timelines while maximizing creative impact and efficiency.
What you will be doing:
End-to-end project ownership: lead intake, scope, planning, creative direction, production, approvals and post‑launch analysis for all Unilever content projects.
Client-facing leadership: be the primary Oliver contact embedded at Unilever — manage expectations, run creative reviews, secure stakeholder buy‑in and escalate risks proactively.
Onsite team leadership: provide hands-on direction, mentorship and performance management for the onsite creative team (writers, designers, producers, freelancers) working at Unilever.
Creative stewardship: ensure all content aligns to Unilever brand guidelines, tone of voice, sustainability and regulatory requirements.
Cross-functional coordination: work closely with Unilever marketing, media, e‑commerce, legal, and insights teams plus Oliver’s internal producers and specialist partner
