We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track record in software services and custom technology consulting. In this role, you will spearhead outbound lead generation, drive pipeline expansion, and establish revenue-generating partnerships across key global markets.
You will focus entirely on consultative sales for custom engineering, enterprise application development, cloud solutions, and dedicated team extensions. Product or SaaS sellers will not be a fit—this role requires a deep understanding of service-based pricing models, statement of work (SOW) structuring, and consultative client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Pipeline Generation: Architect and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns targeting enterprise leaders, CTOs, CIOs, and Founders via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, personalized cold outreach, email sequences, and qualified networking platforms.
Strategic Partnerships & Alliances: Identify, recruit, and manage agency partners, tech ecosystems, independent consultants,



and affiliate networks to build a steady referral stream for software projects.
Business Networking & Communities: Represent the company in global tech forums, executive networking groups, industry summits, and business roundtables to generate high-intent enterprise conversations.
Consultative Discovery & Qualification: Lead exploratory technical and business discovery calls to identify client pain points, technical scope, tech stack requirements, and resource requirements (T&M;, Dedicated Teams, Fixed Price).
Deal Shaping & Enablement: Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects, Technical Directors, and Delivery Heads to draft proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
Pipeline Management: Maintain pipeline hygiene within CRM, forecast outbound conversion rates, and track core KPIs (qualified opportunities, pipeline value, meeting-to-close velocity).
