Role Description The Hospital Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at Shree Ram Hospital, ensuring efficient clinical and non-clinical services, patient-centered care,



and adherence to regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing hospital departments, coordinating with medical and nursing leadership, monitoring quality of care, and optimizing patient flow and resource utilization. The role involves budgeting, cost control, and financial performance oversight, as well as implementing policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives. The Hospital Manager will handle stakeholder communication, support staff development, and address patient and attendant concerns professionally. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Meerut, requiring regular presence at the hospital and close collaboration with institutional leadership.
