Role Description The Service Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Guwahati, focused on delivering high-quality service experiences across PRISM’s offerings. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end service journey.



The Service Specialist will collaborate with sales and operations teams to support bookings, payments, and service delivery, while maintaining accurate records and reporting. Daily responsibilities include analyzing service performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and sharing insights with cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, adherence to company policies, and contribution to a culture of continuous improvement in service standards.
