Role Description The Guest Relations Specialist (Receptionist) is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, residents, and clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of CKPC Properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the front desk, answering and directing phone calls, handling visitor registrations, and maintaining updated logs and records.



The Guest Relations Specialist will coordinate appointments, support basic clerical tasks such as filing and data entry, and assist in distributing mail and messages. The role also involves responding to inquiries, guiding visitors to appropriate contacts or locations, and escalating issues to the relevant team members when needed. Consistent punctuality, professional appearance, and adherence to company policies are expected.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and welcome all walk-in customers, channel partners, and guests at the sales office / experience centre with warmth and professionalism.
Manage the guest registration process, capture accurate visitor and lead details, and maintain an updated database/CRM.
Coordinate the smooth handover of walk-in prospects to the appropriate Sales Executive based on availability and territory.
Offer refreshments, manage the guest lounge/waiting area, and ensure a comfortable and premium experie
