Purpose of the Role:
To manage and drive OD programs across the Group.
To work closely in the development and execution of interventions based on diagnostic studies like Employee engagement surveys, Benchmarking as well as support org-wide initiatives such as role segmentation and succession planning.

Brief Description of Role & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to manage HR Excellence or other OD programs across the group.
2. Anchor Organization wide Communication and Engagement programs.
3. Work closely with the OD Head and Businesses on Organization design and management of appropriate interventions.
4. Develop and manage vendors
5. Develop and anchor specific OD interventions for Companies and Functions within the group.
6. Support in all Design and Communication related Requirements.
7. Maintain a library of proposals, work orders and other program/project related approval documents.
8.Build organizational capability through structured interventions in leadership, teamwork, collaboration, innovation, and change agility




9.Support employer branding and employee value proposition (EVP) initiatives through engagement and culture-building programs
10.Collaborate with external consultants, training partners, and assessment providers for design and delivery of OD interventions.

Years of experience Required for this role: Minimum 8 year and Maximum 12 year

Educational Qualifications: Full time MBA/PGDM from Tier II / Premier Institutions/Post Graduate in Psychology

Nature of Experience Needed for the Position:
Experience in stakeholder management and project management in corporate HR roles
5-7 years of hands on experience on handling the Organization Development / Training / Human Resources function in the Manufacturing sector / process industry.

Knowledge:
• Exposure to HR Excellence Models, OD interventions at different levels, Competence mapping, Assessment Centers
• Psychometric instruments
