The role

You're not here to connect two apps with Zapier. You're here to build AI agents and chatbots that do work a human used to do.

Some of what's on the roadmap:

Website chatbots for our own site and for client sites — that qualify visitors, answer product questions from real documentation, capture leads, and book calls
A signal detector that monitors hundreds of prospects' posting activity across platforms and fires an alert the moment someone goes quiet — that's our buying trigger
An audit agent that crawls a prospect's website, funnel, and ads and generates a real teardown report in minutes




A client-facing WhatsApp bot that answers "how are my campaigns doing?" from live data, at any hour
An internal knowledge agent trained on our SOPs, playbooks, and past campaigns so the team stops asking the founder
A WhatsApp agent the founder talks to in voice notes — it transcribes, updates the CRM, drafts follow-ups, and sends a morning brief on campaigns and meetings

Some stay internal. Some become products we sell. You'll build both.

What you'll do

Chatbots and conversational AI

Design, build, and deploy website chatbots end to end — conversation flow, knowledge base, UI widget, embed script, deployment, and post-launch tuning
Build RAG pipelines so bots answer from actual company documents instead of hallucinating: chunking, embeddings, vector storage, retrieval
Write and iterate on system prompts, guardrails, fallback handling, and escalation-to-human paths
Build lead capture and qualification logic inside the bot, with handoff into CRM and calendar
