About the Role
Debt Expert India is hiring a high-energy Debt Consultant for our inside sales operations.
In this role, you will convert warm leads into active clients by offering expert debt resolution and legal-tech advocacy services. You will consult with financially stressed individuals and business owners, pitch customized settlement strategies aligned with RBI guidelines, handle fee/service objections, and close deals over the phone.
Compensation & Growth Trajectory
Probation Period (First 3 Months): 10% Commission / Revenue Share on every successful client deal closed. (High closure volume = High immediate earning potential).
Post 3-Month Probation: Transition to a Fixed Base Salary + Incentive Structure based on your performance and deal closure track record during the probation phase.
Work Setup: 100% Remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to warm leads (individuals and small businesses struggling with debt and harassment).
Conduct consultative calls to assess financial distress and pitch custom debt settlement and legal shield packages.




Overcome client objections regarding advisory fees and navigate difficult financial conversations with confidence and empathy.
Maintain daily sales outreach discipline, follow up consistently on open leads, and close monthly sales quotas.
Coordinate with internal legal and financial experts to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven track record in Inside Sales, Telesales, FinTech, Banking, Insurance, or Legal-tech sales.
Experience in closing deals over the phone and handling fee-based objection handling.
Target-driven mindset with the motivation to maximize earnings under a commission model during probation.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English).
Basic knowledge of loan products, bank collection processes, or RBI recovery guidelines is a strong plus.
