Role Description This is a full-time Script Writer role based in Thane, offered in a hybrid format with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. The Script Writer will develop engaging scripts for UGC ads and short-form videos, collaborating closely with the creative and performance teams to align storylines with brand messaging and conversion goals. Daily work includes brainstorming concepts, structuring narrative arcs,



writing dialogue and voiceover scripts, and adapting ideas into screen-ready formats for different platforms. The role also involves revising scripts based on feedback, optimizing content for ad performance, and ensuring each piece of storytelling supports experimental testing of hooks, angles, and creatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Scriptwriting and Scripting skills, with proven ability to craft concise, engaging narratives for short-form video and ads.
Candidates should possess experience with Screenplays and structured story development, including character, conflict, and resolution tailored to brand goals.
