We're looking for an experienced Head – Distribution & Content Syndication to drive the commercial success of our content across domestic and international markets.

If you have a strong track record in content acquisition, content syndication, film distribution, licensing, and commercial partnerships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute distribution and content syndication strategies across theatrical, OTT, television, and digital platforms.
Identify, negotiate, and close content licensing and distribution deals across domestic and international markets.
Build and manage relationships with distributors, broadcasters, streaming platforms, aggregators, and strategic partners.
Lead commercial negotiations, rights management, and contract execution to maximize revenue opportunities.
Identify new market opportunities and develop partnerships that expand content reach.
Collaborate with production, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of distribution strategies.
Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics,



and evolving content consumption patterns to identify new business opportunities.

Who We're Looking For
8+ years of experience in content distribution, content syndication, licensing, media partnerships, or business development within the film, television, or OTT industry.
Strong understanding of content rights, licensing models, release windows, and distribution ecosystems.
Proven experience negotiating high-value content licensing and distribution deals.
Existing network with OTT platforms, broadcasters, distributors, studios, and international buyers is highly desirable.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a passion for growing content audiences and revenue.
