Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms.



The Ecommerce Specialist will monitor performance metrics, analyze customer behavior, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue. Daily tasks include coordinating with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns, responding to customer inquiries related to online orders, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end online shopping experience. The role also involves maintaining updated product content, tracking competitor activity, and preparing regular reports on ecommerce performance and opportunities.
Qualifications
Robust E-Commerce knowledge with experience managing online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and making data-driven decisions.
