Avillion Farms is a luxury real estate and lifestyle development company focused on premium farmhouses, luxury villas and high-end residential developments. We are looking for a creative and technically strong 3D Interior Designer to join our design team.

Job Overview
We are seeking a 3D Interior Designer with a B.Arch qualification and 2+ years of experience to develop high-quality interior concepts, 3D models, realistic renders and presentation materials for luxury villas and premium residential projects.
The ideal candidate should have robust design sensibility, excellent visualization skills and hands-on experience with architectural and interior design software.

Key Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts for luxury villas, farmhouses and premium residences.
Create detailed 3D interior models, furniture layouts and spatial designs.




Prepare realistic interior renders, walkthroughs and presentation visuals.
Develop mood boards, material palettes, colour schemes and design concepts.
Prepare detailed 2D working drawings and interior layouts using AutoCAD.
Coordinate design concepts with architects, project teams and execution teams.
Ensure designs meet project requirements, aesthetic standards and technical feasibility.
Make design revisions based on project requirements and client/management feedback.
Prepare design presentations and visual references for internal approvals.
Coordinate with vendors and site teams when required to ensure design execution.
Maintain quality and consistency across all interior design deliverables.
Required Skills
B.Arch – Mandatory
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of Interior Design & 3D Visualization.
Proficiency in SketchUp / Google SketchUp.
Proficiency in Lumion
