We are looking for a skilled professional to lead complex migration engagements and provide architectural leadership for enterprise transformation projects.

Experience: 10 to 17

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, planning, and execution of Windchill migration projects.
Design and implement end-to-end migration strategies for product data, metadata, documents, and related business objects.
Demonstrate solid expertise in Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) and Windchill migration methodologies.
Analyze legacy PLM systems and define migration approaches, mapping strategies, and validation processes.
Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency throughout the migration lifecycle.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for migration solutions and best practices.




Collaborate with customers to understand migration requirements and effectively communicate technical solutions.
Review migration designs, scripts, and deliverables to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with project standards.
Mentor and guide development and migration teams in resolving complex technical challenges.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
