Magma Digital Ventures is a Mumbai based digital marketing and paid media company. We run performance marketing for clients across India, the US, the UK and Europe, and we operate a small group of connected businesses in outbound sales and offshore talent placement. Money moves across currencies, entities and vendors every single day. We want one person to own that end to end.

What you will do
Own the day to day books: purchases, sales, journal entries, bank reconciliations and month end close.
Handle GST end to end: monthly returns, input credit reconciliation, GSTR 2B matching, annual return support.
Manage TDS: deduction, challans, quarterly returns, Form 16 and 16A.
Handle export of services compliance: LUT filings, FIRC and BRC tracking, FEMA basics, foreign inward remittance reconciliation.
Raise client invoices in INR, USD and GBP, chase receivables, and keep the collections tracker current.
Reconcile a heavy international vendor and SaaS spend: dozens of monthly subscriptions and tool invoices across multiple corporate cards,



mapped correctly to the right entity and cost head.
Run vendor payments, employee reimbursements and monthly payroll inputs including PF, PT and ESIC where applicable.
Prepare monthly MIS: P&L; by business line, client level profitability, cash flow and burn.
Coordinate with our statutory auditors, tax consultants and company secretary on filings, ROC compliance and assessments.
Keep the finance stack clean and organised across Tally or Zoho Books, Google Sheets and anything else we plug in.

Who we are looking for
CA qualified with 2 to 3 years of experience, or CA Inter with completed articleship and equivalent hands on exposure. Freshly qualified candidates with a robust articleship at a good firm are very welcome.
Solid working knowledge of GST, TDS and Indian accounting standards.
Comfortable in Tally and Excel or Google Sheets: pivot tables, lookups, clean reconciliation sheets.
