Role Description The Senior Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Vadodara Area. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with clients in sectors that require wastewater treatment solutions and synthetic resin-based products. The Senior Sales Executive will conduct market research, prepare proposals and quotations, deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with technical and operations teams to align customer requirements, tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and providing regular sales forecasts and reports. The role also requires active participation in industry events, site visits, and customer meetings to strengthen brand presence and support revenue growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in wastewater treatment, environmental engineering, industrial equipment, or construction-related products.
Strong skills in business development, key account management, and relationship-building with corporate, industrial, or infrastructure clients.
Ability to understand technical specifications, interpret client requirements, and collaborate with engineering teams to propose suitable solutions.
