Program Manager in EDA
The Role
As the Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage End-to-End ownership of overall solutions for innovative products. Solid program management of various software development teams, monitoring the quality of the resulting software deliverables and a solid partnership with the customer support teams are the key focus area of this role.
The Person
The right candidate will have solid knowledge of program management, impeccable track record of delivering complex software programs,
and experience with Device Drivers, Firmware, Graphics technology, SOC product development and customer facing experience.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute programs focusing on quality and deadlines
Drives completion of all required deliverables, with a focus on customer quality feedback and established deadlines
Creates and maintains project management artifacts such as schedule, resource and resource forecast, risk and issues logs
Cross-Geography coordination to ensure all stakholders are aligned
Chip Life-cycle tracking all the way from planning to prototype to execution to production release
Provides unique views of project status updates and facilitates cross development team dependencies and communications
Identify action or mitigation plans for issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle
Collaborates with core teams and execution teams to identify areas that require special atten
