At Star Consulting Global, I am looking for two exceptional B2B sales professionals who genuinely enjoy the hunt for recent business.

People who can research an organization, identify the right decision-maker, pick up the phone, start a conversation, earn a meeting, understand the business challenge, create an opportunity and stay with it until closure.

Our clients include large organizations, and our conversations are often with CHROs, HR Heads, L&D; Leaders, Talent Heads and Business Leaders.

So executive presence matters.
Communication matters.
Commercial hunger matters.
But most importantly, ownership matters.

I am looking for people who don't say:
"There aren't enough leads."
"The client isn't responding."
"The market is slow."

Instead, they ask:
"What else can I do to create the result?"

This is NOT the right opportunity if you are looking primarily for inbound leads, coordination work or a comfortable desk-based BD role.

It MAY be the right opportunity if you:




• Have 3–7 years of responsible B2B / enterprise sales experience
• Have personally opened new corporate accounts
• Are comfortable prospecting and cold reaching
• Can confidently speak with senior decision-makers
• Understand consultative selling
• Love targets and closures
• Follow up relentlessly without needing supervision
• Want to build something, not simply occupy a position

Experience selling L&D;, leadership development, HR consulting, training, coaching, executive education or professional services would be particularly valuable.
